Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including espresso machines, counters, and seating areas.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Upsell products and inform customers about daily specials and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred but not required (we provide comprehensive training).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Reliability and a commitment to showing up on time for your scheduled shifts.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
- A valid food service handler permit or ability to obtain one.
