Responsibilities
- Craft Beverages: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and espresso drinks according to our exacting standards.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including the espresso machine, counter, and dining area.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and supplies; restock as needed and report shortages.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of coffee brewing and drink recipes.
- Personality: A friendly, outgoing, and customer-centric attitude.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: Punctual and dedicated to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
