Responsibilities
- Brew Excellence: Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies, following standard recipes.
- Customer Service: Greet every guest with a smile, take accurate orders, and ensure a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in the cafe.
- Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including wiping down counters, restocking supplies, and sanitizing equipment throughout the shift.
- Operational Support: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash transactions, and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Passion: A genuine love for coffee and a willingness to learn about brewing techniques.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, mornings, and holidays as required by business needs.
