Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation: Expertly brew espresso, prepare cold brew, and create high-quality beverages according to our strict standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to every guest, answering questions with enthusiasm and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory counts, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of espresso machines and brewing equipment to ensure safety and quality.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience required; specialty coffee knowledge is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in latte art, espresso extraction, and milk texturing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
