Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, providing menus and introducing special drink and food offerings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Provide expert knowledge of our menu, wine list, and drink specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Prepare tables for service, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during evening shifts.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
