Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks and specialty coffee.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests and answering questions about our menu.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the espresso machine and dining area.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Follow health and safety regulations strictly at all times.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
