Responsibilities
- Brew and serve high-quality espresso drinks and pastries with precision and speed.
- Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions, and build lasting relationships.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Prepare food items according to strict health and safety standards.
- Cross-train with barista team and assist with opening/closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and latte art is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
