Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person and phone customer service during weekend shifts
- Manage appointment scheduling and registration for community programs
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Support inventory management and facility maintenance tasks
Qualifications
