Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues efficiently
- Process orders, updates, and service modifications accurately
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with daytime teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including resolution times and satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 6+ months customer service experience in a call center or support role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Reliable evening availability (4 PM - 10 PM, Mon-Fri)
