Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls and digital communications with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service disruptions using CRM tools
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical support teams to troubleshoot complex customer concerns
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer retention
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2C or B2B environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Background check and drug screening required
