Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and process orders efficiently
- Maintain detailed customer records in our CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with day-team colleagues to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred
