Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts
- Resolve billing issues and process transactions with 100% accuracy
- Update customer records in CRM systems while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex technical problems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction
- Assist with inventory management and order processing during off-peak hours
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)

- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
