Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all technical interactions and service tickets.
- Collaborate with the full-time support team to ensure seamless service delivery during peak weekend hours.
- Conduct basic system health checks and software updates for client devices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office productivity software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 20 lbs.
