Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone and email for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and printer malfunctions.
- Perform routine system maintenance and software updates during weekend shifts.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new devices and user accounts.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure seamless IT operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification (A+, Network+) is a plus.
- Proven experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
