Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during evening hours.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user incidents in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor server health and system alerts to proactively identify potential issues.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT assets and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift.
