Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, pour-overs) with precision and creativity
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service during peak weekend hours
- Manage cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of café equipment and seating areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee/supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth weekend operations
- Support café events and seasonal promotions
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
