- Process payments accurately using POS systems and manage cash transactions
- Monitor property security and safety protocols during evening hours
- Provide local recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions
- Maintain immaculate front desk appearance and organize guest documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays reliably
- Proficient with basic computer systems and reservation software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
