Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, lattes, and specialty beverages using premium ingredients
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Operate POS systems and process cash/credit transactions accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee station and customer areas
- Manage inventory restocking and quality control of coffee/supplies
- Collaborate with team during evening rush periods for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards and menu innovation
Qualifications
- 6+ months barista or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of espresso brewing techniques and milk steaming
- Ability to multitask in high-energy environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
- Must be 18+ years old
