Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge
- Manage cash operations and POS transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee station and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team during peak evening rush hours
- Support social media initiatives for evening events
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Passion for coffee and learning new techniques
- Reliable transportation to South Austin location
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18+ to handle alcohol-related beverages
