- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening operations (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage reservations, seating, and waitlist coordination
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Uphold cleanliness standards and venue ambiance
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly

Qualifications
