Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Process customer orders efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations and seating areas
- Upsell premium products and seasonal promotions
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Provide warm, personalized customer service to all guests
Qualifications
- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) 8am-4pm shifts
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation to our Central Phoenix location
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Must be available for a 3-month weekend commitment
- Food Handler's Certificate (training provided if needed)
