Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations and equipment
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Source and recommend fresh coffee beans and seasonal specials
- Participate in daily inventory management and restocking
Qualifications
- 1+ years barista experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Passion for coffee and continuous learning
