Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages according to recipe standards
- Provide personalized customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain immaculate workspace, equipment, and inventory levels
- Process transactions accurately through POS systems while handling cash and digital payments
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless operations during peak hours

Qualifications
- 1+ years professional barista experience with espresso machine proficiency
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, origins, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexible availability including weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Food safety certification preferred (will provide if needed)
