Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced brewing techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Manage POS transactions efficiently while handling cash and digital payments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours
- Source and present fresh pastries and food items to complement our coffee offerings
- Participate in ongoing training to master new brewing methods and seasonal specialties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience in high-volume settings
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication skills with genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
- Ability to multitask efficiently during rush periods while maintaining quality
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Food Handler's Certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in a collaborative environment
