Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies, according to standard recipes.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms throughout the shift.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Restock ingredients, milk, and cups to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assist in light food preparation and plating as required.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
