Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, knowledgeable interactions
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure strict hygiene standards
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and special events
- Learn and promote seasonal specials and local coffee education
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
