Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, pour-overs) using premium beans and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems accurately while processing payments and orders
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee, pastries, and supplies
- Adhere strictly to health/safety standards and food handling protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional barista or customer service experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and product differentiation
- Proven ability to multitask efficiently in high-volume settings
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive, approachable demeanor
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Food Handler Certification preferred
