Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using provided commercial espresso machines and grinders
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm interactions
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, workstations, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management of provided supplies and ingredients
- Train new staff on equipment operation and beverage recipes
- Participate in seasonal menu development with provided tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Proficiency with espresso machines and grinders (provided)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler's certification preferred
- Passion for specialty coffee and local culture
