Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee beverages and food items according to standard recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including the espresso bar, dining area, and restrooms, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process customer orders, handle payments, and manage inventory levels efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders with a smile, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Clean and sanitize equipment regularly to ensure peak performance and product integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house and back-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and latte art techniques is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, energetic attitude are essential.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
