Responsibilities
- Expert Brewing: Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality espresso drinks and beverages according to our strict recipes and standards.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize the commercial-grade espresso machines and grinders provided by the company with precision and care.
- Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable coffee shop experience.
- Maintenance: Regularly clean and sanitize all equipment, counters, and seating areas to maintain a pristine environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and supplies, and restock as needed to prevent downtime.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow baristas and management to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, latte art techniques, and coffee brewing methods.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
