Responsibilities
- Brew and serve espresso drinks and specialty coffee beverages with precision and speed.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area at all times.
- Stock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
- Assist in food preparation and plating as required.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, mornings, and evenings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A valid food handler's permit (if required by state law).
