Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items according to company standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and taking orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including counters, restrooms, and dining spaces.
- Restock supplies, including milk, syrups, and pastries, to ensure smooth operations.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately and handle customer payments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and drink recipes.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is mandatory.
- Food Handler’s permit or willingness to obtain one.
