Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee beverages and food items according to established recipes.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing equipment and floors.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Stock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth daily operations and minimize downtime.
- Clean espresso machines and grinders to ensure optimal performance and taste.
- Assist in training new staff members and uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- A valid Food Handler’s or Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is a plus.
- Eager to learn and grow within the coffee industry.
