Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso drinks, teas, and cold beverages to order.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
- Restock supplies, clean equipment, and ensure the coffee bar looks inviting at all times.
- Cheerfully assist in training new hires and collaborating with the team to meet daily goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a coffee shop, cafe, or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for coffee and a willingness to learn the art of brewing and latte art.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and availability to work weekends, holidays, and mornings.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
