Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, tea, and food items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately, process payments, and manage cash drawers efficiently.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including the espresso bar, dining area, and storage areas.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations strictly.
- Learn and perform basic latte art and drink preparation techniques during training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required for entry-level candidates).
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food service/hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions during paid training.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
