Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing and technical issues with 95% first-contact resolution
- Update customer records in Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with technical team for complex troubleshooting
- Document all interactions in compliance with company policies
- Meet/exceed monthly customer satisfaction targets
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week (evenings/weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
