Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Present menus and provide detailed recommendations regarding food, drinks, and specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and service areas to meet strict health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and maintain the integrity of the cash drawer.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift trays or objects up to 25 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid ID.
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
