Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of food and drink offerings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen.
- Clean and sanitize workstations and dining areas to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Process payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Upsell specials and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service flow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting is preferred.
- Must possess a valid Indiana Food Handler’s Card.
- Strong knowledge of alcohol service regulations and responsible serving practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and availability for evening and weekend shifts.
