Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor, ensuring a premium first impression.
- Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverages.
- Take accurate orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks with precision, adhering to plating and presentation standards.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns promptly.
- Maintain a pristine dining environment, including wiping tables and resetting stations promptly.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions with integrity.
- Upsell specials and dessert items to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining energy and focus.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and alcohol service regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
