Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee drinks, teas, and pastries with precision and speed.
- Maintain a pristine work environment, ensuring all equipment and serving areas are spotless.
- Interact warmly and professionally with customers, answering questions and taking orders efficiently.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle payments.
- Operate and clean espresso machines and grinders to ensure optimal brewing performance.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and patrons.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Strong attention to detail in food safety and beverage preparation standards.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
