Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding ingredients and preparation.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Deliver orders in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to resolve any guest issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to obtain any necessary local food handling or alcohol service certifications.
