Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers where appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is highly desirable but not required for high performers.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
