- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming tickets and support requests via email and live chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate product feedback and common user issues to the product development team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and retention teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliability: Must be available to work part-time hours (20-30 hours per week) with a flexible schedule.
- Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
