- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Assist clients with technical troubleshooting and account management.
- Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues.
- Identify and address customer needs to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM and navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
- Must be available to work non-standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.
