Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Process transactions and maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Adhere to company protocols and compliance standards during all interactions
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth targets
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a call center or retail setting
- Excellent verbal/written communication and active listening skills

- Ability to work flexible evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) including weekends
