Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced search strategies (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify and engage passive candidates for software engineering, data science, and IT roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure all data is accurately entered and updated in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide competitive offers to top talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or a related HR field.
- Availability: Must be available to work Evenings (e.g., 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and Weekends as required by business needs.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Tools: Proficient in using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and social media recruiting tools.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
