Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end technical recruiting strategies for mid-to-senior level positions in software engineering, data science, and product management.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and SEO principles to optimize job postings and enhance candidate attraction.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs through networking and social media.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure cultural fit.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reporting on pipeline health and hiring velocity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Staffing Specialist in the technology sector.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and modern tech stacks (React, Node.js, Python, AWS).
- Proven ability to utilize Boolean search and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently in a flexible, remote-first environment.
