Responsibilities
- Source and engage with potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open roles.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with the team to refine recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications
- Students Welcome: Current enrollment in a college or university is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of technical terms and software development concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn Recruiter.
