Responsibilities
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for open technical positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate data and pipeline activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build long-term relationships with passive candidates in the Nashville tech market.
- Collaborate with the team to refine job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is required.
- Strong understanding of technical roles (Software Engineering, IT, QA, Data Science).
- Proficiency in using Boolean search strings and ATS platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client meetings as needed.
