Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for software engineering and data science roles within the San Diego market.
- Source passive candidates using Boolean search strategies on LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future open positions.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to source candidates through various channels, including social media and networking.
- Strong understanding of the SD/CA tech market and software development life cycles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (Monday through Friday).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
